Our Terms & Conditions of Business.

Course Fees

Include:

Value Added Tax (VAT)

VAT is chargeable on all courses currently at a standard rate of 20.0%. According to UK Law, non-profit and governmental organisations are exempt from paying VAT. In order to qualify for this exemption, the client organisation is required to provide an official letter stating that it has been established for non-profit or public service purposes.

Payment

Course Fees MUST be paid at least 4 weeks prior to the commencement of the course. Any alternative arrangements must be agreed in writing. Payments can be made securely on our website or you can request for an invoice to be raised which will include full details of how to make payment. Failure to make payment on time will regrettably result in an automatic cancellation. Delegates registered on any course can be substituted at any time without risk of a penalty. Substitution requests must be made in writing.

Alterations to the Programme

Happy Workplaces reserves the right to amend courses or the published programme, or to cancel any course at any time, and offer an alternative date, a full refund or credit, without liability for consequential loss or damage.

Cancellations

We regret that a fee must be charged when confirmed bookings are cancelled or transferred to future dates. A substitute may be notified but if a substitute cannot be found, refunds will be made as follows:

100% of the fee if the cancellation is notified in writing 4 or more weeks prior to the starting date of the event.
